Our Elder, Mrs. D.

Today we were so grateful and lucky to have an Elder join us in our classroom to help us learn during our First Nations unit! Her name is Mrs. D.

Mrs. D. was very friendly and told us lots of stories. We were all very focused and interested in what she was telling us! 
Mrs. D. told us about the "Baby in the Moss Blanket" and we made our own craft. Ask your child about what the "Baby in the Moss Blanket" is!
