In our school divison, we had a teacher pass away suddenly, Mrs. D. She was a teacher and the Kindergarten consultant. She was very dedicated to her job and will be missed dearly. Our school division was asking Kindergarten teachers to have all their kids make a hand print. This was optional, but our class chose to participate. As a memorial, our class made a hand print of a heart to display at her funeral. This is to represent how many lives this lady touched being a teacher and Kindergarten consultant. We put a "22" above the hand print to show that we have 22 students in our class.
Since this is my first year teaching, Mrs. D passed away helped me tremendously by helping me set up my classroom and answering my many questions! She helped me with my teaching, which is helping all these children to learn and grow.
She will be missed dearly. Our class said a prayer for her and her family. Great work, Kindergartens. You make me proud!
