All About Letter F

This week we are learning all about letter F! Today we learned a song where we make the "f" sound, tried some "f" yoga, and even made some frogs to go along with our "f" theme!!

Try doing these simple things with your child to help them learn about letter "f"

• Ask "What sound does letter "f" make?" Or, "What does letter "f" say?"
• Can you print a lowercase "f"?
• Can you print an uppercase "f"?
• Can you think of 5 words that start with "f"?  
• Can you sing the "f" song listed below??

We practiced writing the letter "f" on the mimio! Look how good we are at printing the letter "f."
Try to practice the letter "f" at home this week with your child! Ask what "lowercase "f" looks like" and what "uppercase "f" looks like"

Learning about a letter means that we get to do some yoga to go along with that letter!! Today we tried FROG yoga! Look at how good we are at doing Frog Yoga! We practiced breathing a big breath in, a big breath out, and then we could whisper "ribbet!" 

We had a lot of fun and calmed our minds down at the same time!!
