On Friday we had our Kindergarten Alphabet party! We had 11 very fun stations we rotated between and we even got to hang out with the other Kindergarten class at our school.
(This is why some pictures have white circles on them. This is to block out certain children who are not in my class and who do not have permission to be on our blog!)
Thank you to our MANY parent volunteers we had who came to help out! We couldn't have done it without you!
This party was to celebrate learning all the letters of the alphabet! The kids had a blast while rotating between very fun alphabet centres.

| Alphabet BINGO centre. We used Alphabet cereal as our "bingo markers" and got to eat them after BINGO was done! |

| Fishing centre! The kids had to fish for letters and try to make words with the letters they caught! |

| Lego centre! I recently bought these very cool lego alphabet cards. The kids have a model to look at and have to try to re-make that letter by looking at the lego cards! For a challenge, they can try to make words with lego letters! |

| Alphabet Soup Centre! The kids have soup bowls and sticky alphabet letters. They get to make alphabet soup by sticking letters in their soup bowl! |

| Musical Letters. Similar to musical chairs. The kids dance or walk around while the music is playing. When the music stops they have to stand on a letter and name the letter, tell the sound that letter makes, and try to make that letter using their body! |
